COATING SYSTEM: External & Internal FBE Coating with Phenolic Primer
BACKGROUND:
The Dangote Refinery and Petrochemicals Project (DRPP) locates in Dangote Industries, Lekki Free Trade Zone, Nigeria. The carbon steel piping system used in the project requests primed FBE coating for line pipes, bends, spools, internal coupling sleeves, valves, fittings, etc.
Altogether 656 pieces of pipe insert sleeves of 3 different sizes were applied with external and internal primed FBE coating (phenolic primer + FBE topcoat) in December 2020 by Yulong Tyhoo Pipe Coating Co., Ltd located in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, China.
