SQM, through its Project Management Division, is executing the Proyecto de Impulsión de Agua de Mar TEA, a seawater-transport system comprising pipelines and pumping stations that deliver up to 900 L/s of seawater from Puerto Patillo (62 km south of Iquique) to receiving ponds at Pampa Hermosa Oeste (1024 m a.s.l.), near the nitrate plant.

The Marjan Increment Development Mega-Project Package 1, awarded to McDermott International in partnership with China Offshore Oil Engineering Company (COOEC), represents a monumental undertaking in the global energy industry. This landmark project, valued at over $3 billion, marks the single largest Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation (EPCI) offshore contract ever awarded by Saudi Aramco, the world's largest oil producing company.

November 2023, TYHOO has successfully completed supplying fabricated piping spools for the East and West Pipeline Residential Compounds Project in Saudi Arabia.

The Rumaila oilfield is one of the world's largest oil fields, located near Basra, about 20 miles from the Kuwaiti border in southern Iraq, covering an area of 1,800 square kilometers and owned by Iraq. It was discovered by British Petroleum (BP) in 1953 and began production in 1972. The oil field contains oil at a depth of about 2,400 meters below the surface and currently has more than 200 production wells in operation. ROO project has higher technical standard, based on API, ISO, ASME and other international standards. Source Water Pipeline is also a priority for the Government of Iraq, with a 25 years pipeline design life and strict requirements for FBE internal coating quality.

The Majnoon field will be producing 450 kbopd with implementation of the Majnoon Growth Program and debottlenecking activities within existing facilities. The Majnoon Growth Program covers the expansion of the current facilities by an additional 200 kbopd in the Majnoon concession area. The Project intends to leverage replicated standard, pre‐engineered designs, modularized to a high degree, as widely practiced in Iraq. The aim is to stay within the limits of catalogue or “already used” designs and maximize the use of industry standards.

The project consists of an off-shore production platform, a504 km subsea pipeline, and an on-shore gas treatment plant. Those spools and external coating were fabricated byWilhelm and Tyhoo,besides both of Wilhelm and Tyhoo were approved by SHELL.
