The primed FBE coating is a two-layer structure anti-corrosion system for pipe internal surface consisting one liquid phenolic primer layer and fusion bonded epoxy (FBE) coating as topcoat.

As per API 5L7, flow coating is a thin-film epoxy coating applied in natural gas pipelines to smooth the internal pipe surface for improved flow efficiency and rust resistance.

The external surfaces of (steel) pipes can be protected from the harsh effects of corrosion by applying external coating. TYHOO offers onshore and offshore external coating services to our clients.
