YQF-100 series oil/gas separation measurement system is used for the dynamic monitoring of liquid and gas producing capacity. Separating fluid from gas adopts the advanced column shaped toroidal swirl fluid /gas separation technology . Coriolis mass flow rate measures fluid accurately.
The production series use density method and density method relevant water holdup method mathematical model to realize measurement of the water( oil ) holdup, as well as total mass of oil-water mixer ,flow rate and density.

2.1 How does it work
As figure shows ,fluid passes through jet flow port and flows into toroidal swirl separator .Due to toroidal swirl, fluid flows into the bottom of the separator while gas ascends to the top of the separator along the center of the toroidal swirl. Adjusting fluid level and pressure by self control system, realizing the separation of gas and fluid, fluid is weighted through mass flow rate and gas is weighted through gas flow rate.
According to the real time density of fluid provided by the mass flow rate, referring to the density of pure water and pure oil , the host computer analyzes and processes the measured data , automatically generating instant parameter curves of the fluid, gas , water(oil), daily report etc. Remote monitoring of measurement parameters can also be performed on requirement.
