The dynamic fluid level can be used to determine the production strategies, analyze the reservoir performance, and to estimate the reservoir pressure at the various stages of field development. The current measuring method for dynamic fluid level still finds its limitations (low efficient, unsolved major error, limited dynamic fluid level data and fake fluid level in determining the real-time dynamic fluid level).

We use the automation technology and develop real-time dynamic fluid level to reduce the production maintenance cost and offer you the data for your further judgment and analysis


How does it work:

Fluid level detection system comprises of wellhead devices, master control cabinet and slave control cabinet with Well head devices acquiring the data and slave control cabinet working on the data acquisition and processing . The master control cabinet coordinates with slave control cabinets in transmitting and receiving the data.

Well head devices are composed of electro-magnetic valves, pressure sensor and filters. Slave control cabinet incorporates single-chip microcomputer, A/D converter, driving circuit, communication circuit and power supply with its primary function of controlling wellhead devices in data acquisition and processing and sending data to master control cabinets eventually. Master control cabinets act as coordinator on the work of slave control cabinets and receive the dynamic fluid level data and convert them.
