PE/PP Flame Spraying Coating System（FSPE/PP） is a new external anti-corrosion coating technology especially suitable for irregularly shaped piping materials, such as hot bends, fittings, spools, buckle arrestors. Traditional coatings for such piping materials include liquid painting, FBE coating, tape wrapping, etc. The protective performance of liquid painting and FBE is limited due to the thickness of coating. The visual appearance of wrapped tapes is obviously different from pipeline main body, and the performance of such coatings is not satisfactory.

The new FSPE / FSPP technique is suitable for a wide range of applications and especially for external protection of bends, fittings, buckle arrestors and other irregularly shaped piping materials. The visual appearance and performance of FSPE / FSPP coating are equivalent to that of the main pipeline. All coating materials are in solid powder form and environment friendly with zero VOC emission.
