Recently, the first batch of orders for PE external coating service of pipe fittings for “Exxon Mobil Huizhou Chemical Complex Project under the General Contract of SEI" and " BASF Integrated Project Guangdong in Donghai Island Petrochemical Park under the General Contract of Fluor" implemented by TYHOO have been successfully completed.

These are two world-class major petrochemical projects with a separate investment of more than 10 billion US dollars; and their pipeline network systems are very complex. The types of pipe fittings used in the projects include elbows, tees, crosses and reducers, which include many various sizes, complex shapes, and the largest size up to 96". All pipe fittings are applied high temperature resistant Heat Shrinkable Polyethylene Tape over solvent-free epoxy primer coating system". Under the supervision of the whole process, the first batches of the production orders were completed with high quality.
