BACKGROUND：

The East West for Real Estate Development Company in Saudi Arabia have signed 23-year long contracts to build, own, operate, and transfer (BOOT) six residential compounds along the 1,200-kilometer East-West Pipeline. The six compounds are complete and comprehensive stand-alone towns housing and serving approximately 1,748 employees.

Branch Of Sinohydro Corporation Limited in Saudi Arabia has been awarded to build these six residential compounds along the East-West pipeline.

The Scope of Works includes 22 apartment buildings and community centers, mosques, indoor and outdoor recreational facilities, warehouses, maintenance workshops, parking lots, water supply, rainwater, sewage systems, heating, ventilation, fire protection, power and non-power systems and other living supporting facilities and infrastructure.

ONE STOP SOLUTION:

Tyhoo, acting as a pipeline one stop solution provider, was honored to be issued the contract by SINOHYDRO in July 2023 to provide fabricated piping spools with internal and external coating for 3 pump stations of the EWRC Project.

The scope of contract awarded to TYHOO by Sinohydro includes one-stop solution from spool drawing co-design, pipe and fitting procurement, fabrication, internal and external coating application, till delivering the piping spools to site, for over 700 pieces of spools range from 2inch up to 16inch.

With abundant experience in piping spool fabrication, internal primed FBE coating and external painting application, Tyhoo completed all spool coating application in strict compliance with high quality requirements.
