Recently, as the QB Project enters the final stage, from 2024 to 2025, TYHOO has continuously promoted the on-site application of robotic field joint coating (IFJC) and the "integrated pipeline anti-corrosion protection" technology in multiple key engineering projects in Chile, achieving pivotal technological breakthroughs in these projects.
PISQ Project(28" 30"& 36"): TYHOO has successfully completed the robotic internal field joint coating (IFJC) operation of pipelines under a steep slope condition (22°), which verifies the company's application technical capabilities and project execution competence in complex topographical environments.
SQM-TEA Project (32"): The integrated execution of pipeline cutback blasting, viscoelastic external field joint coating(FJC) and robotic internal field joint coating(IFJC) has been successfully implemented. This is the first time that TYHOO has demonstrated its comprehensive technical strength in the field of on-site integrated pipeline anti-corrosion construction.
Quebrada Blanca II Project (18"): In the extreme plateau environment at an altitude of 4,500 meters, TYHOO has overcome harsh construction conditions such as frigid temperatures and low oxygen levels, and completed the first on-site project using "ultra-short Pot Life polyurethane (PU)" as the internal coating material. This fully reflects the applicability of TYHOO's robots and the company's engineering execution capabilities in the complex high-altitude environments.
The smooth completion of the above projects demonstrates TYHOO's engineering execution capabilities under complex working conditions, further consolidates the company's technological advantages in the global field of on-site pipeline technical services, and lays a solid foundation for TYHOO to continue expanding the South American market and steadily advance its global development strategy.
